CentrePort is looking for an experienced Communications and Engagement Manager to lead the implementation and refinement of CentrePort’s engagement strategy, including external communications and engagement programmes. You will provide advice on current and potential public relations, community relations, marketing, and communication issues and recommend an effective course of action.

Working within the People, Safety and Culture team, you will have responsibility across the business and to CentrePort’s stakeholders, including central and local government agencies, trade and industry organisations, Ministers, officials and media. You will play a key role in the delivery of organisation-wide events as well external engagement initiatives ensuring stakeholders relations are well managed.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a communication’s focused role.
- A background of leading effective Communications and Engagement functions.
- Experience or understanding of transport, infrastructure, or tourism sectors.
- Excellent engagement skills that allow you to connect and communicate with diverse stakeholder groups at all levels.
- An ability to develop and deliver strategic plans.
