- A strong knowledge in Food Technology and be able to demonstrate teaching and research experience in a University or other tertiary environment, and have experience in the use of electronic and on-line technologies in a blended and distance teaching delivery.
- Experience working with the food industry would be an advantage.
- Visa eligibility to work in both China and New Zealand
