This opportunity is onboard the San Granit skippered by Kim OBrien, where you will be reporting directly to the factory manager to support the San Granits deep water fish processing operations. **To be successful**: The San Granit team has a strong values led culture, where people are the operations most important asset. To be successful in this role the Safety and Wellbeing of yourself and your team must always come first. You need to have a strong work ethic, have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team. You will have proven experience and knowledge in the processing and handling of Hoki and Squid and enjoy passing on this knowledge to others through education and hands on training.
