**Job Description**:
You can join a bubbly and positive team full of people who will push each other forward in order to achieve the best outcomes possible. This is a new role paving the way for demand planning at The Warehouse Group
As Demand Planners, we strive to secure the right amount of stock so that we can uphold a high availability of our core lines, to enhance our customer experience by ensuring that we have the right product, in the right quantity, in the right place at the right price to meet the customer demand.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting each customer mission to ensure maximum potential availability of continuity lines. Working closely with both commercial and location planning teams to balance customer demand, location availability and assortment spend.
- Key accountability is management of unit forecasts, using segmentation to prioritise forecast frequency of key lines. Order management and supplier relationships to ensure forward availability
- Enable and enhance customer experience by ensuring we have the right product at the right time in the right quantity to meet the customer demands.
- Management of total stock levels for continuity product up to arrival at ranged location - playing a key part in understanding the end to end demand and supply from the Supplier to DC to Store.
**Qualifications**:

No two days are the same You’re an active problem-solver, curious in nature, and drive to find solutions.
Organisation, prioritisation and time management skills are your key strengths as you work efficiently to juggle priorities, manage workload and deliver to strict deadlines with ease You will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, have a high attention to detail and robust organisational skills.
To be successful for this role you will have:
1. Strong analytic skills
2. Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel
3. A passion for retail and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
4. Ability to interpret information and capture that in reporting.
5. Inventory unit Management
6. Item level demand forecasting
7. OTB management
8. Order management
9. Replenishment experience and knowledge.
