**About the Role**

This is an integral part of the team and contributes to the overall success of the organization by reporting and monitoring business unit performance, involvement with forecasting and budgeting and adding value by business partnering via investigation and analysis through to execution.

It is envisioned that this role will continue to evolve and a flexible approach to work requirements will be required.

**Key responsibilities consist of;**
- Financial Reporting
- Financial and Business analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Compliance with legislation, standards, policies and procedures

**To be sucessful in the role you will need/have;**
- You will have a strong technical accounting ability
- Experience in the manufacturing/agriculture sector
- Knowledge of systems and advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- You will have stong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to work collaboratively
- Highly effective planning and organisational skills
- The ability to priortise and manage time
