Join us during an exciting phase of change, we are looking for an experienced Operations and Information Advisor to support our Tamaki People and Culture team and projects. This role contributes to the design and development of people systems and data frameworks, policies, processes and standards along with delivery and implementation of initiatives in support of the PC strategy. The person will work closely with our HRIS, Payroll and People and Culture teams to ensure that workforce systems, processes and technologies are current, documented, communicated and supported by training where required.

You will work closely with the People and Culture Director, It's a complex environment we work in and you will have the ability to work with multiple data sources to bring together robust, reliable PC workforce reporting, inclusive of monthly metrics, and ad-hoc information requests, OIA. You will support the PC Director by drafting People and Culture reports for submission to senior leadership ensuring accuracy and high-quality data is provided.

**Drive Excellence**: Provide specialist advice and a strategic overview of remuneration within the organisation. Analyse data and provide insights that enable decision making, work with the wider PC leadership team on continuous improvement in people data, reporting and insight.

**Develop Frameworks**: Contribute to the design and development of consistent, high-quality frameworks, policies, and standards in support of overall PC systems and analysis delivery. Reviews and manages updates to policies required by legislation and/or in line with the internal schedule.

**Champion Continuous Improvement**:
**Ensure Alignment**: Collaborate with leaders assist the PC leadership team with management of projects, communications and events. Work cooperatively across the PCW team to establish and embed high-quality people data, reporting and insights. Providing or contributing to upskilling of PCW kaimahi in reporting and data analytics as required
