**Your day to day**
We are on the lookout for an energetic, experienced bartender with a great work ethic We aspire to offer slick, smart, knowledgeable and articulate service to our customers, whether it be a coffee business meeting, working lunch or friends enjoying a relaxed a la carte meal are looking to hire a friendly, energetic team with strong work ethic. Knowledge in mixology and experience in crafting an array of drinks would be advantageous, however, we believe that a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop are the key attributes as full training in relevant areas will be supplied to those successful in the role.

Two Grey operates over breakfast, lunch and dinner services, seven days a week, so flexibility is a must.

**What we need from you**
- A la Carte restaurant service
- Greeting, serving, recommending to customers.
- Passion and creativity in mixing, crafting and presenting drinks
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, designated glassware and preparation methods will be held in high regard.
- Outstanding communication skills, with both FOH colleagues and the kitchen.
- Set-up, handover and pack down to protocol.
- Payment processing.
- Restaurant set up and pack down in accordance with checklists
- Attend training as required in addition to keeping on top of up-to-date training notes.

A valid New Zealand visa or residency is essential.
