**Position Purpose**

Carry out controlled removal of Asbestos Containing Material in accordance with the project Scope of Works while adhering to the Central Demolition health, safety, and environmental and quality standards to ensure each job is completed safely and efficiently.

**Main Tasks**
- Carry out asbestos removal projects ensuring each job is completed efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clear understanding of each projects Scope of Works and roles and responsibilities of team members.
- Support Site Supervisor to resolve any on-the-job operational issues that may arise to ensure job progresses and minimise return-to-job time.
- Maintain a high level of Health and Safety at all times when handling removal of asbestos and ensure correct methods are followed for bagging, removal and disposal of asbestos.
- Fulfill other duties as required by management.

**Applicant Qualifications**
- Class A and B Removal Certification with solid technical Asbestos Removal related experience.
- Knowledge and ability to identify potential asbestos containing materials.
- Up to date First Aid Certificate preferred.
- Health and Safety Qualifications an advantage.
- Current Restricted / Full Driving Licence preferred.
