Finance Analyst, Hygiene

**We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance Team in what is a full-time permanent position, based in Auckland, New Zealand.**

The initial focus of this role is to drive business improvements and accountability through working closely with our high performing Sales and Brand & Trade Marketing teams in what is a very analytical role focused on driving profitability.

**Your role will include but not be limited to**:

- Maintenance of controls in trade spend
- Running the daily sales report and weekly reports on TI accruals, aging of claims, marketing deck, and open PO’s
- Managing the monthly S&OP model comparing sales, commercial, and supply forecast by customer and brand and preparing slide updates for monthly S&OP meetings
- Month end processing and general ledger reconciliations
- Maintain and develop planning & forecasting financial models for data uploads into internal systems
- Responding to ad hoc analysis requests from the business to support the Finance Manager and Country Manager

- Driven by process improvement and will assist with designing and implementing tools and systems that will enhance the finance objectives in driving New Zealand business performance.
