Are you passionate about supporting students in their learning journey? OneSchool Global NZ is seeking 2 dedicated Student Support Assistants (Teacher Aide) at our West Coast Campuses. This role is supporting a primary student who travels between both our Greymouth and Westport campuses.
**About the Role**:

- Work alongside a primary student requiring behavioral support.
- Assist in keeping the student engaged, motivated, and on track with their learning goals.
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure the best support strategies are in place.
- Liaise and collaborate with other Student Support Assistants to ensure continuity of care and alignment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A caring and patient approach with a passion for helping students succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and patient approach to their support
- Ability to work independently while following structured learning plans.
- Previous experience in education or student support is an advantage but not essential.

**Role Details**:

- Hours: Either 10 hours in Westport OR 15 hours in Greymouth. Starting at 8:30 am. Day(s) to be negotiated).
- Start Date: As soon as possible.
- Fixed Term Contract until 12th December 2025, with possibility to be renewed.
