We are looking for a Program Manager (Underground) reporting to our Network Programme Manager. This role simply has it all, you will be primarily responsible for the scoping and commissioning of designs for underground assets and various other reticulation projects and maintenance budgets. Collaboration will be key as you build relationships with a wide range of internal departments, and various local authorities looking to relocate Orion assets.

**The role**:

- Assist in the design, specification, scope and programming of maintenance, replacement and reinforcement work within the network budgets across overhead and underground reticulation fields
- Assess and resolve design and delivery queries across Orion’s delivery partners
- Monitor progression of works against the planned schedule
- Research details and information into work planning, including technical designs, scheduling, budget estimations and preparation of tender documents
- Represent Orion’s interest with stakeholder while providing technical advice and support

- Extensive experience in the construction or maintenance of overhead and underground power distribution systems
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to continuously improve how we do things
- A customer-centric approach and mindset
