**About the Role**:
Care Capacity Demand Management (CCDM) is an essential programme at CM Health that focuses on aligning workforce availability with patient acuity, ensuring safe staffing levels, and managing any discrepancies between capacity and demand. We are seeking a dedicated CCDM Coordinator to continue facilitating the programme’s implementation across CM Health, ensuring its success and ongoing development.

We are looking for a CCDM Coordinator who is either a registered nurse or registered midwife to continue to facilitate implementation of the programme at CM Health. The role includes planning, coordinating local implementation, data collection, collation and reporting, and project facilitation.

As a Safe staffing/ Trendcare Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the planning, coordination, and execution of this high-profile programme. You will be responsible for collecting, collating, monitoring and reporting on data, and you will work across various acute and community services, including mental health and women’s health. Your primary focus will be ensuring that nursing and midwifery services are appropriately staffed based on acuity, and that there is a continuous flow of data to measure and adjust capacity and demand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitation of Programme Implementation: Lead and support the ongoing rollout of the TrendCare, including planning and execution across acute and community services. The development and delivery of training, training material, and processes relating to TrendCare
- Managing the IRR testing and reporting results
- Data Collection & Analysis: Oversee the accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of staffing and acuity data to support decision-making. TrendCare System Monitoring, oversight of data integrity and utilisation of data
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders across clinical areas to support the programme’s implementation and ensure buy-in. Providing support to all users when requested.
- Conflict Resolution & Communication: Use your excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to manage and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring smooth programme implementation and positive outcomes.
- Presentation & Reporting: Present findings and progress updates to senior leadership, demonstrating the value and impact of the programme.
- Data and digital skills: Participation in user acceptance testing and product upgrades

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current Registration: Must be a registered nurse or midwife with the New Zealand Nursing or Midwifery Council.
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC): Must hold a valid and up-to-date APC.
- Experience: At least 3 years of recent post-registration experience in a clinical setting and post graduate certificate.
- Clinical Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data collection, interpretation, and reporting.
