Join us as Planning & Fulfillment Manager for the Electrification Business Area during a period of exciting business development. This is an opportunity to utilize your experience and people leadership skills to maintain best practice, lead supply planning and inventory management. Your will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on time delivery and lead-time, and be accountable for inventory and supply plan adherence. Reporting to our Local Product Group Manager the Planning and Fulfillment Manager works closely and collaboratively with our sales, warehouse and production leaders.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Owning the entire supply planning process. Providing visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into S&OP process
- Running a short-term planning process or S&OE process, connecting planning with execution. Coordinating an appropriate response to unplanned events
- Identifying key root causes for deviation from the production plan and implements initiatives to improve adherence to plans for the future. Is accountable for schedule adherence and supply plan attainment
- Owning the inventory for the local unit. Is accountable for inventory and driving inventory optimization projects within the site. Ensuring the right inventory level is maintained, optimizing it according to the company’s target while guaranteeing customer service level
- Providing support to production to ensure communication and issues are resolved for clear execution of orders
- Providing local leadership for the development of best practices in planning systems and integrated ERPs
- Leading local planning function and ensures (with HR Manager support) that local planning teams are properly organized, staffed, and skilled and directed

**Your background**:

- Ideally a degree in relevant field and a background in production or manufacturing systems
- Experience in a similar or related position
- Proven problem-solving capability, persistence, and a drive to succeed
- An experienced leader and team developer
- An excellent collaborator and team player
- Mature and proficient communication skills; fluency in English
- Good attitude interacting with and leading people
