**Here is why we need you **

We are looking for a versatile, organised and dynamic Campaign Executive / Sales Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast paced environment to join our Sales team in Auckland.

In this diverse entry level role, you will handle a high volume of requests, process and schedule bookings and contracts, provide general administrative support to our NZ Sales team and work with a range of clients in media agencies and marketing teams.

You’ll also have the opportunity to learn from one of the best media sales teams in the market on a high demand product with the opportunity to work your way towards a career in media.

**Here’s what you’ll do**
- Provide general administrative support as required by the NZ Sales team
- Process bookings and contracts for the team
- Schedule contracts and variations to bookings/contracts through SignZ system
- Finalise contracts and sign off process with Business Manager and clients
- Manage signed contracts process and saving the documents to correct files
- Upkeep of centre directories via the content management system
- Check availability of panels for the Sales team or as required for the business
- Assist the Campaign Manager with post analysis reports, mock ups for presentations, weekly reports and competitor analysis reports for agency/clients/brands when required
- Overflow support for the Campaign Manager when needed

- Willingness to learn new skills and generally make things happen
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast paced and emerging industry
