**About the role**:
You will be walking into an energetic environment where value is placed on delivering outcomes rather than micro-managing work and tasks. You will be given autonomy to work in a way that gets the best results and will be expected to take responsibility and make things happen.

In this role, you will be teaching our brand new Level 3 E-Sports programme at our Otahuhu campus, where you will be working with our students, giving them a chance to and succeed in the education sector through a mix of study and career prep skills learnt through the context of E-Sports as well as a focus on fitness and nutrition.
- Deliver NZQA learning objectives in a way that brings our curriculum alive for the student
- Mentoring students and tracking/monitoring of our student success
- Stay abreast of latest industry/teaching trends and recommendations
- Meeting NZMA targets for student achievement and work placement
- Relevant industry stakeholder engagement in the area of E-Sports

**About you**:
To be a tutor in our E-Sports programme you will be an energetic, enthusiastic and people focused person, and have immersed yourself in the world of gaming. Knowledge of the importance of good nutrition and exercise alongside gaming is essential as our students will also have practical components in our campus gym.
- Experience in online gaming is essential
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm about E-Sports and the industry both locally and worldwide is essential
- Experience in streaming platforms and knowledge in online competitive streaming would be an advantage, but is not essential
- Experience as an educator/trainer would be an advantage, but is not essential
