Our Tauranga team is looking for an Employment Consultant who strives to help people flourish and achieve vocational independence.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Source employment vacancies via face to face employer visits and online
- Prepare clients for job interviews
- Problem solve with a client about barriers to work
- Support clients once placed into work
