As a key member of our Web Squad Product Team, you will collaborate with with cross-functional teams to look after the Turners website, the Turners Live auction system and our image management systems.

**What you will do**:

- Design new templates & UI components from an existing (but work in progress) design system in Figma
- Contribute to the upkeep of the design system
- Analyse user behaviour data to inform the designs in conjunction with the team
- Create wireframes to explore ideas, then high-fidelity designs for development
- Ensure you're always up to date with the latest design

**What you will bring**:

- 5+ years of experience designing digital productts
- Experience in Figma for designing and building UI components
- Excellent communication skills & a curious mindset
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not essential
