**Locations: China **(CHN-Shanghai CHQ office, CHN-Tianjin MSD office); **Malaysia **(PJ plant); **Australia **(Clayton VIC); **New Zealand** (Auckland); **Indonesia **(Jakarta Raya); **Singapore **(Central Singapore). **Responsibilities** - Act as the primary point of contact for P2P transformation, driving coordination with regional teams and stakeholders. - Lead the implementation of global functional standards and best practices for the P2P process. - Identify and escalate risks, issues, and change requests, working with the relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies. - Support the development and execution of testing strategies, including defining test scripts and cases, documenting test results, and contributing to testing metrics. - Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and regional resources to ensure the successful delivery of the P2P transformation project. - Contribute to the development and execution of the change management plan, communication plan, and training plan. - Deliver documentation, plans, and deliverables in line with established methodologies and best practices. - Track and report on project status and metrics, ensuring compliance with project management processes. - Collaborate with Finance and other functional leads to cover various aspects of the P2P process, including requisitioning, shopping, PO management, AP, invoicing, receiving, matching, approvals, and tax. **Requirements**: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, or related fields, with a strong background in P2P processes. - Good understanding of global functional standards for P2P and transformation methodologies. - Proven ability to identify and manage risks, issues, decisions, and change requests. - Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and track multiple activities and deliverables. - Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and processes. **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** We are insightful, dedicated, and proactive.
