We are currently seeking a talented and committed
**Country Manager** for regional management of our 9 concept stores and 1 David Jones Concession pad to ensure they operate in line with the Seed company standards.

Reporting to the Head of Retail the position will be responsible for multi-site

management of our North and South Island stores, overseeing sales and managing store teams.

**THE ROLE**:

- Accountability for the sales, wages and shrinkage targets for the region
- Ensure stores are maintaining Seed visual standards by applying/interpreting and implementing the In-store

Merchandising Guidelines in conjunction with the VM Manager
- Ensuring stores are merchandising stock to maximise sales potential
- Supervision of store managers, guidance and training in rostering, shrinkage and budgets
- HR Management, recruitment, staff performance and wage control
- Hands on approach in daily operations

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL**:

- Have a minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated multi-site management of fashion retail brand (experience in Womenswear and/or Childrenswear advantageous)
- Successful sales track records and the ability to measure and drive KPI’s
- Exceptional focus on Customer Service
- Demonstrated experience in stock control and management
- Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead our brand by example and manage teams
- Possess good time management and organisational skills
- Have a passion for attention to detail
