**Job Opportunity: Fibrous Plasterer/GIB Fixer**

**Weekly Hours**: Minimum 30 hours
**Pay Range**: $25 to $32 per hour
**Work Days**: Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Measure and cut GIB/plasterboards to fit walls and ceilings.
- Prepare surfaces to ensure they are clean and smooth.
- ⁠Securely fix GIB/plasterboards using nails, screws, or adhesives.
- ⁠Tape and seal joints between boards with plaster for a smooth finish.
- ⁠Sand plastered surfaces to ensure they are even and ready for painting or decoration.
- Patch and repair damaged boards or plaster as needed.
- Inspect work for a high-quality finish, ensuring smooth, uniform surfaces.
- ⁠Follow safety guidelines and maintain a hazard-free work area.
- ⁠Coordinate with clients and other trades to ensure project completion.
- Building carpentry work if required
Measures material quantity

**Requirements**:

- A relevant Level 4 or higher qualification or 03 years relevant work experience in construction industry.
- Attention to detail, ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines, and strong teamwork skills.
