We are looking for reliable, hardworking painters who can perform quality work and fits in our team.We complete all aspects of painting from new homes, exterior repaints, small / medium commercial, shop fitting, and wallpapering throughout Canterbury.We have several permanent painter full time positions available, remuneration depends on skills and experience.

Have at least 5 years’ experience in painting exterior, interior and roof, including commercial experience.
Are able to work flexible hours and weekends when necessary.
Are able to follow instructions and work independently and in a team.
Have a current Site & Safe card.

You must be committed to following trade practices, producing top quality work, and maintain our company’s reputation for quality, high-end residential and commercial work.

**Key responsibilities**:
Preparing surfaces for painting and decoration by scraping, sanding, removing stripping old paint.
Paint, stain or varnish surfaces.

Main duties are painting, varnishing, wallpapering and other finishing protecting, maintaining and decorating
surfaces of buildings and structures, some plastering and gib stopping, crack repair.

Experience of using Airless spray units, wallpapering, plastering, and having an EWP license would be an advantage.
Normal working hours are Mon-Fri, average 40 hours a week, maximum 45 hours, but minimum 30 hours guaranteed.
