This is an exciting opportunity for a competent, experienced legal secretary to join a well-regarded boutique specialist CBD firm - you don't want to miss this one

We are seeking a talented secretary to join this friendly, close-knit team who has hands-on experience that would allow you to get involved from the outset and confidently produce documents, organise and maintain the partners diary, make appointments, arrange travel/accommodation, screen calls and deal with clients. Primarily you will ensure the partner is prepared.

Supporting a partner and team, you'll have fast and accurate typing skills, strong IT and systems ability, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a flexible, task-oriented, solutions-focused approach. To top this off, you'll have a positive, friendly approach and will enjoy working as part of a team.
