**About the roles**:
**_ Cleaning Services Attendant_**

This is a great role to get to know every nook and cranny of the business. You'll have the opportunity to work in different departments so you can sweep, mop or steam your way around our restaurants, the casino and even the sky tower whilst meeting great people along the way. With a trolley full of equipment, you will have all the tools provided to get the job done including full training from the start.

**_ Grounds Attendant_**

This isn't your usual 'Grounds Attendant' role - think large scale and world class entertainment SkyCity Auckland is on the hunt for a cleaning superstar who will take charge of ensuring the outside of our facility is spic and span for our amazing guests. This is a great role to get to know every corner of the business offering your support for all our departments in ensuring they can run operationally. Our Grounds Attendants manage the water blasting and general maintenance of the exterior site as well as rubbish runs every morning and pool maintenance in our award-winning so it's full-on You'll keep the grounds looking top notch while checking off your daily tasks obviously making it all look effortless - phew.

**About you**:
You will be a hardworking, energetic, reliable and adaptable person with a positive and willing attitude. There's plenty of variety across this role - one day you could be working in a busy casino, another day within an empty restaurant after dinner service, so someone who can work within different environments will enjoy this aspect of the job. Alongside your daily responsibilities are often ad-hoc requests that arise such as spillages which you'll need to jump onto immediately so your sense of urgency and flexibility will help you here. You'll often be working in areas amongst our guests, so you'll need to have excellent customer service skills and be happy to help out where needed This role will keep you busy on your feet, so you'll need to be prepared to stand and walk for long periods of time.

**The must-have's**:

- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Be available and flexible to work on a rotating roster through Monday to Sunday
- Have an excellent attitude

**Shift Options**:

- Day shift - 6:00am to 2:30pm
- Afternoon shift - 2:00pm to 10:30pm
- Night shift - 10:00pm to 6:30am
