**He kōrero mōu: The Opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced **Design Specialist** to join the Brand and Creative team. In this role you will be supporting the Creative Manager, Studio Manager, Brand and Creative team by delivering quality graphic design solutions to strategic business priorities.

This role will bring the visual and brand identities of the TAU brands to life, ensuring brands are enhanced and adhered to, and campaigns and collateral shine, under the over-arching umbrella of the Auckland Place Brand. Our brands include but are not limited to: Tātaki Auckland Unlimited organisation brand, the Auckland Live and Auckland Conventions, Venues & Events brands, the Auckland Destination visual identity, the cultural organisation brands and those of delivered and owned events, shows, festivals and venues.

In this role you will conceptualise and deliver print, digital and motion graphic assets for brand and marketing campaigns and communications and preserve consistency with our brands and partner’s brands visual language, delivering quality design outputs that enhance all brands, campaigns and organisation activities to the highest standard.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

Our ideal applicant comes equipped with five years’ relevant experience in delivering quality design solutions and execution.

You will have experience working with a diverse range of internal clients and stakeholders and have managed client relationships -from brief to final delivery. Working with a pool of internal and external design and creative providers you will have demonstrated successful conception and development of design and art direction, implemented across multiple media and platforms.

As a team, we are driven to achieve the best outcomes, so our successful applicant will have demonstrated this in their current/previous role(s).

Personal resilience is a must - we work in a highly collaborative, creative industry with a huge number of stakeholders, coordination and organisation involved, so someone who can work well and maintain their composure in pressured situations will be ideally suited for this role.
