**You will have the opportunity to**:

- Assist with activities of daily living for women in the maternity ward.
- Participate in staff education as outlined by the Maternity service
- Provide assisstant to the midwifery and nursing team as required.
- Excellent organisational skill.
- A friendly disposition and excellent communication skills.
- Currently enrolled in a New Zealand Bachelor of Midwifery or had previous experience working as a midwife
- Ability to work as a member of the team.
- Customer focus.
