**Your new company**
My client is a global leader in their field providing end-to-end solutions, operations and maintenance across different industries. With their head office in New Zealand, they are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Head of HR in Australia, you'll work as part of the Oceania team responsible for managing end to end recruitment for a diverse range of roles across the region. Key responsibilities include:

- Working closely with Managers to understand key requirements and developing innovative sourcing solutions
- Proactive sourcing and talent pooling
- Employment branding and marketing
- Managing effective stakeholder relationships, both internal and external

**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll be an experienced Recruiter with a passion for what you do, you'll have exceptional people skills with strong communication and relationship building skills and be comfortable working with people at all levels.

A high energy and proactive attitude is key along with excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail. You'll be comfortable with managing volume roles coupled with technical recruitment and will be able to prioritise your work whilst bringing a solutions based approach to all you do.
