**About the role**:
Be the catalyst for a thriving workplace culture in this key role that will support the Site HR Team in all areas of Human Resources (HR) and Staff Services. You will be the positive first point of contact for all Staff Services queries and ensure all HR data is accurate and up-to-date. Providing support to the Site HR Advisor you will ensure effective delivery of both generalist HR and H&S advice across the site.

Your daily task will also include ensuring impeccable staff facilities, audit-ready cafeterias, and seamless rostering aligned with site activities. You will uphold a pristine workspace following 6S principles and assist in recruitment and induction processes.

**About you**:
Our clients is seeking someone with an excellent work ethic, prior experience within an administrative or HR environment, exceptional communication, and meticulous organizational skills. Your ability to remain effective under pressure, take initiative, and utilize Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Flexibility for extended hours or weekends when needed is a plus.
