Host

We are an internationally renowned purpose built facility specialising in picture and sound finishing for film and television.

We are looking train a pool of casual Hosts who we can call on when we're busy. The availability of work will be variable, depending on business requirements.

We are looking for people who are highly motivated and enthusiastic, and ideally with hospitality experience. You will be working alongside a small and dedicated team to ensure that Park Road Post is maintained to a high standard at all times, and that our client's experience is second to none.

Task and duties include:
**Clients**:

- Make coffee and tea for clients and deliver as required
- Deliver food service including ordering and pickup
- Host at functions held at Park Road
- Ensure our clients are well looked after during their time at Park Road

**Cleaning**:

- Ensure all kitchenware and crockery is cleaned and put away after use
- Be proactive in ensuring all food delivery, storage, preparation areas, floors and café seating areas are kept meticulously clean
- Ensure bins are emptied and the recycling is done
- Ensure that Health and Safety standards are met at all times

**Facility Management**:

- Ensure all service areas and working areas are maintained at a high standard
- Identify repairs and maintenance needed
- Service apartments as required
- Assist with facility maintenance

**Food Preparation**:

- Assist with preparation of platters for Park Road when required.

**Staff and Client Kitchen Areas**:

- Keeping all kitchen areas clean and clear at all times
- Coffee machines maintained and kept clean
- Rubbish and compost bins emptied
- Ensure supplies are maintained (fresh milk, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.)
- Return crockery and cutlery to appropriate areas

**All Rooms, Offices and Public Areas**:

- Dirty dishes removed regularly
- Ensure heaters on/off before/after client use
- Warm rugs available in suites
- Check client rooms are clean and empty of recycling and rubbish after clients leave
- Furniture kept clean and areas polished

**Toilets and Bathrooms**:

- Ensure stock is maintained with towels, soap, spray and toilet rolls at all times
- Rubbish bins emptied regularly
- Mirrors kept cleaned
- Soap bottles wiped
- Surfaces wiped

**Reception Cover**:

- Support and cover reception throughout the day when required

**Must have**:

- High level of discretion
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility
- Full drivers license

**Great to have**:
