Today TOMRA provides technology-led solutions that enable the circular economy with advanced collection and sorting systems that optimize resource recovery and minimize waste in the food, recycling, and mining industries. This person will be operating in the Business Area TOMRA Fresh within TOMRA Food.

**Job Description**:
The purpose of this position is to take ownership of our inventory stock, status, health to maximise efficiencies within the business while ensuring safe, secure, and efficient storage and handling. The Stock controller performs hands-on tasks associated with one or more areas of operations in stores including inwards goods, kitting, warehouse operating, picking and dispatching.

Here's a sneak peek into some of what you will be doing:

- Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor
- Maintaining and overseeing stock records - including non-conformances, stock corrections, obsolete inventory and scrapping of stock.
- Work closely with Supply Planners regarding stock levels and aging inventory.
- Perform tasks associated with one or more areas of operations in stores as required - this includes supporting inwards goods, kitting and dispatch functions during peak periods.
- Ensure all stores procedures are carried out safely, accurately, and efficiently
- Take ownership of periodic cycle counting - including organising resources to ensure this is effectively done in house throughout the year.
- Handle equipment and materials with care to minimise potential damage through processing, storage and delivery.
- Conduct necessary transactions in our ERP system - IFS.
- Ensures all tasks are carried out in manner that minimises potential harm to yourself and others
- Complete administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- Any other reasonable duties as required

**Hours of work are 6 to 2.30pm or 6.30 to 3pm

**Qualifications**:

- A hands on role - able to lift greater than 20kg.
- Flexibility - the role is dynamic and there is a requirement to support other areas within the wider warehouse team.
- Strong numerical performance.
- Methodical and patient - able to take time and ensure correct procedures are followed.
- Exposure to Warehouse ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
- Forklift and Reach license preferable.
