**This job is required to perform: (specific duty tasks)**
- Design and develop Mobile App Programs according to requirements and design specifications, implementing user interfaces and functionalities.
- Collaborate with design teams to understand design needs and ensure that the App Program's interface and interactions meet user experience standards.
- Utilize HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript along with App Program APIs for development, integrating with the network ecosystem.
- Responsible for optimizing the performance of Mini Programs, ensuring stability and smooth operation across different devices and network environments.
- Conduct code testing and debugging, ensuring the quality and stability of the Mini Program, promptly fixing bugs, and managing versions.
- Collaborate with backend development teams to implement data interaction and business logic between the Mini Program and backend services.
- Address user feedback and requirements, continuously improve and optimize the Mini Program, enhancing user experience and satisfaction.
- Participate in project planning and requirements analysis for Mini Programs, providing technical solutions and suggestions to ensure smooth project progress and goal achievement.
- Work collaboratively with team members, completing project development together, actively participate in team discussions and knowledge sharing, and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with front-end development technologies are essential for building mobile App Programs.
- Familiarity with AppProgram development: Prior experience or knowledge of AppProgram development, including the use of AppProgram APIs and best practices, is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cross-platform development frameworks: Familiarity with cross-platform development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter is a plus, as it can facilitate the development process for multiple platforms.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles: Ability to translate design requirements into user-friendly and intuitive interfaces, with a focus on delivering an exceptional user experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills: Capability to troubleshoot and debug issues effectively, ensuring the stability and reliability of App Programs.
- Collaborative mindset: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate ideas clearly, and collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members.
- Attention to detail: Diligence in writing clean, organized, and maintainable code, with a focus on producing high-quality software solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field: A degree in a relevant field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
