Parks and Community Facilities is committed to making great places Aucklanders love while supporting several related services such as asset management, project delivery and operational contract delivery.
Committed to a lifecycle approach to asset management, we work to build, maintain and renew our world class community buildings and public spaces including parks, walkways, libraries and leisure centres. Experience in asset management, physical works projects in buildings and open spaces and developing work programmes is also advantageous.
