Our client is a large community focussed organisation that has an abundance of exciting work underway. Their people are hardworking, passionate and committed and enjoy a culture that is family friendly, flexible and supportive.

Based in modern central offices, this is a 3-6 month contract that could be worked across 20-30 hours per week, or more.

**What you will do**:
This role will focus on the architecture of HR and Payroll systems and the opportunity to move to a cloud based payroll system.

You will work closely with the business asking the questions that need to be asked in order to guide and architect the framework.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:
To be considered for this role you will be a Senior level Enterprise or Solution Architect with previous experience in large organisations. Ideally you will have previous experience architecting payroll and HR systems and previous experience in on-prem to cloud projects.

You will need to be comfortable in complex and diverse environments working with multiple stakeholders, and have a high level of EQ to read the room.

You will need excellent communication and relationship building skills and fit easily into a professional yet down to earth environment.

Applicants should be in Christchurch or able to work in Christchurch for at least the first 6-8 weeks of the contract.
