Timber Processing Machine Operator

We require six (6) day shift, and six (6) night shift, experienced timber machine operators for our timber processing plant based in Rolleston.

These are permanent fulltime positions working a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Day shift hours of work are 6:00am to 4:30pm and 6:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday.

Night shift hours of work are 5:00pm to 3:30am Monday to Thursday so your own transport is essential.

Processing timber components to specification as directed, including stacking timber.

Setting, adjusting, and operating timber processing machines.

Transferring and or recording pack numbers when splitting packs of timber for ISPM 15 traceability.

Marking machined timber with appropriate traceability marks, date codes etc.

Building product to customer specification as per the job sheets and customer specifications.

Quality checking of workmanship and machined components.

Grading and loading timber to the robot jigs, and operating the robots.
