An opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join our Dunedin Toyota team. We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers and the Service Advisor will add value to our existing busy frontline After Sales Team to keep Cooke Howlison Toyota at the forefront of excellence in customer service.

We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers and the Service Advisor will add value to our existing busy frontline After Sales Team to keep Cooke Howlison Toyota at the forefront of excellence in customer service.
The role involves making the service or repair appointment for the customer, liasing with the customer right through to the collection of the vehicle, including completing the invoice for work carried out. Successful Service Advisors provide an exceptional customer experience in line with the Toyota New Zealand Customer First programme.
A clean and current drivers licence is required.
While experience in the industry would be an advantage full training will be given - Attitude is more important than experience
A pre-employment drug and alcohol test is required.
A NZ work visa is required
