About the Role
As a Systems Test Lead you will own and drive our test requirements, processes, and procedures for our projects. In addition, you will also oversee the data migration deliverables for our projects, defining the scope, approach, plan, and process. You will need to work with project stakeholders at all levels and collaborate across groups and teams to deliver.

**What you’ll do**:

- Plan, prepare, define, and manage the execution of all test activities across groups, teams, and people.
- Work with others to define test scenarios and scripts and prepare test data.
- Report on the status and outcomes of testing.
- Work with others to resolve all issues identified during testing and ensure successful retests are completed.
- Ensure the results of tests are reviewed and signed off, with clear articulation of any outstanding issues and a plans to address each.
- At all stages of test processes ensure quality controls are in place.
- Actively contribute to data migration planning, prep, and execution
- Oversee the data migration process, ensuring visibility of what is in scope and what data needs to be migrated.
- Manage the process to ensure ETL of data is as expected and ensure this is reviewed and signed off.

- Effectively communicate and report to the project team and wider working group on your activities.
- Identification of risks and plans/proposals to mitigate. Ensure Issues are raised and escalated promptly to the project manager and project owner.

**What you’ll bring**:
Proven hands on project delivery experience. You’ll have an understanding of testing processes, procedures, and the core fundamentals of data migration and different approaches/processes. You’ll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

**You’ll have**:

- Minimum of 3 years of enterprise project experience as a Data Migration Lead or Systems Test Lead.
- Experience with ERP systems projects and transformational projects would be desirable
- Demonstrated influence and stakeholder relationship management
- Experience working with different project methodologies, waterfall and agile.
- Understanding of best practice and business process.
- Problem solving and demonstrated examples where you have tactfully resolved for complex issues and challenges.
