Our customer is an accomodation complex that provides exceptional value for money with a range of options to suit both the leisure and business travellers. Situated in Greenlane, the complex offers different features, recreation options, car parking, guest room features & facilities and other Guest Services.
We are currently looking to bring on board an exceptionally well organised receptionist. Some of the duties are:
- Meeting and greeting guests, and assisting with checking guests in and out.
- Advising on arranging reservations and assisting with managing reservations on a day-to-day basis
- Responding to guest enquiries and giving informational on local attractions.
- Ensuring that reception and public areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Performing admin tasks such as receiving and sorting mail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Preferred 1 year of experience in a customer facing role and/or hospitality environment.
The schedule will vary according to the workload.
