An exciting opportunity has recently become available for a receptionist at our office in Auckland. This is a full-time permanent position for a minimum of 30 hours a week. The salary for this role ranges between $25 to $28 an hour.
The Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Warmly greeting clientsand offering an exceptional guest experience
- Update client records/files with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
- Be able to handle customer complaints with grace & take necessary actions to escalate
- Perform admin tasks and report to directors on a daily basis
- Ensuring high standards of presentation and compliance
- Identify areas of improvement through monitoring comments and guest feedback
- Responding to inquiries on Facebook, WhatsApp & text message
- may perform other clerical tasks such as word processing, data entry, filing, mail despatch, and photocopying

The ideal applicant should have:
- Outstanding phone manner, fantastic customer-facing skills, and a high level of personal presentation
- Strong communication skills.
- Well-developed people skills and high emotional intelligence with an ability to effectivelycommunicate, prioritise and problem-solve.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills are essential
- Enjoy working with people and a natural desire to offer good service
- Have excellent written and spoken English and Hindi language skills
- Be organized and accurate
- Have great references from any prior employer, relevant or not to this role
- The job is busy, varied and challenging but extremely rewarding and interesting for someonewith the right personality.
