As we expand our reach and strengthen our digital presence, we are seeking a junior Web Administrator to join our team in the Auckland region to manage, maintain, and enhance our online platforms, supporting business growth, service bookings, and customer engagement.

**Key Duties**:

- Design, maintain, and update the company website, including content, layout, and functionality, to accurately represent services such as vehicle types, driver availability, pricing, and terms.
- Manage and support online systems to ensure smooth operation and effective integration with other platforms.
- Monitor website performance, security, and availability, and address technical issues in a timely manner.
- Manage website security, implement data protection measures, and ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements relating to customer and driver information.
- Update and publish content, ensuring consistency with company objectives and communication standards.
- Analyse web traffic and user interaction metrics, preparing reports to support management decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the website is mobile-responsive and accessible across different devices and browsers.
- Working on developing and maintaining the mobile app.

**Other important requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience OR Relevant Level 5 qualifications
- Practical knowledge is highly preferable.
- Must hold an innovative approach.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work from home

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour
