We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Remuneration Lead to be a trusted advisor to the business about remuneration and people analytics. The role works closely with a range of stakeholders across Fletcher Building to understand their needs and lead the development and implementation of remuneration solutions.

This includes leading key remuneration projects, the ongoing maintenance of our remuneration frameworks, data analytics, insights and reporting (in particular to the People and Remuneration Committee of the Board) and enabling People & Performance teams and managers to make good remuneration decisions (through recommendations and capability build).
