We currently have a vacancy in our admission team, which is a team who assess and admit student applicants to study at Massey. We are seeking participatory and positive team members who will bring an enthusiastic approach to their work environment. Where your positive attitude and approach is as important as your technical skills.
You will be part of a team responsible for providing excellent service by assessing and responding to student/stakeholder-initiated workflows.
To be successful in your appointment to this role you will have demonstrated suitable qualities, ideally to a complex operational environment, enjoy providing excellent service, sound administrative experience, excellent time management skills, strong interpersonal skills, and an eye for detail. You will excel in a high output environment and contribute to a productive team who are committed to service excellence.
Previous experience in a tertiary setting in either admission or enrolment would be advantageous.
