We are seeking an experienced leader to join us as our Manager Records and Service Design. This is an important role for the Student Registry team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of staff across all levels of the university. You will have the natural ability to move between strategic, project and day to day operations.
This role will lead the functional areas of responsibility within the Records and Service Design team, This includes applicant documentation, identity, student records and transcripts, student ID cards and print materials, student cohort coordination. The role also takes a leading part in service design and improvement across Student Registry. This role leads an amazing, dedicated team of professionals.
This role can have a positive influence on our service delivery for students and Student Registry services overall.
You are also part of a small leadership team. Your contribution to the wider Student Registry whanau will be both our values and culture, and, strategically, will be important and valued.

- Ability to oversee a multifaceted operational function
- You love processes and ideally have experience in service design, training and workshop delivery
- You will have proven and natural ability with ITS systems to aid in service improvement and delivery
- You will have excellent technical and computer skills to allow effective review of processes, consider process improvements and prepare flow charts and reports that reflect this.
