**Requirements**:

- Programming Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Java, Python, C++, or other relevant programming languages with experience in object-oriented and functional programming.
- Front-End Knowledge: Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks) is a plus.
- Development Tools: Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git), integrated development environments (e.g., IntelliJ, Visual Studio Code), and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).

- Database Skills: Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to write efficient and reliable code.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working on large-scale distributed systems or microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Demonstrated involvement in open-source projects or personal projects.
