**About the role**:
An important part of this role is the daily engagement with our talent pool to better understand their work behaviours and shift patterns; presenting them with the shift requisitions from our clients. You will get the opportunity to work across all level of Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and professionals, both in the public and private healthcare sectors, which include Aged Care, Surgical, Corrections, Hospitals, Mental Health facilities and Dental.

We have put plenty of focus into our team structure, we're passionate about working together efficiently, and proud of the environment we've created. Although we work with some very talented people, the success of the team and its reputation is down to the internal, dynamic collaboration and communication of the individual.

Your day to day responsibilities will include the following:

- Account management and engaging with our key clients.
- Filling bookings for agency shifts/requisitions.
- Daily engagement with our talent pool
Utilising our Marketing team to support and build your brand
Working alongside our clients to provide staffing solutions.
Support and develop junior team members/Help grow and nurture junior team members
- Business development
