**Mō te tūranga | About the role**
- Fixed term role - 12 months.
- Full-time role - 40 hours per week.
- Champion the use of HR, L&D, and H&S systems across the organisation.
- Lead and deliver user training, guides, and knowledge materials to build system capability across teams.
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance with system-related policies and standards.
- Partner with other functions to plan, test, and implement system enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise processes and improve user experience.

- Strong communicator who can clearly explain technical concepts to different audiences.
- Experienced in supporting and mentoring others to build confidence in system use.
- Collaborative and relationship-focused, able to work effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and organised, able to balance priorities in a changing environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
**Mō ngā pūkenga | Qualifications and experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Level 7 or above).
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, ideally in HRIS or ERP systems.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions and improvements.
- Experience developing training content and delivering user training or workshops.
- Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite (GlobalHR) or similar enterprise systems is desirable.
