**Starting salary: $73,048 to $80,783 + superannuation**

**The roles | Te tūnga**
We have multiple permanent Statistical and Data Analyst roles, across teams in our Methods & Design branch.
Our branch provides methodological leadership and technical support across Stats NZ and the wider data system.
These roles would suit someone who can bring:
- Curiosity, strong data analysis skills, and a natural ability to problem solve.
- Experience using statistical software e.g. R, to extract and analyse data, and the ability to pick up new tools quickly
- Great written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence a range of people.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
- Knowledge or commitment to developing understanding of Te Tiriti, Tikanga, Te Reo, Te Ao Māori
- Demonstrated advocacy for, or support of, diversity, equity and inclusion.
