The primary role of the Grocery 2IC Manager is to help lead our Grocery Department, working closely and offering support to our Grocery Manager. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and coordinating of all facets of the day-to-day operations of the Grocery Department, ensuring staff are well trained to provide the best overall shopping experience for our customers.
