We have an exciting new **fixed-term** opportunity for a **Capability Partner** to join our Albany, Auckland based Support Centre on a **32-hour per week** basis.

In this role, you will part of the team responsible for the design and delivery of Programme ONE learning across the store deployment strategy. description of technical delivery work. This role is a supporting role, designing and building content, coordinating enrolment and registration and our capability inbox for store queries.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Partner and Work with the Capability team, people readiness streams, and store leadership to plan for and deliver the capability plan across store deployment
- Design & Develop Solutions, develop and refine the PONE learning experiences and performance support materials which are fit for purpose for business, performance and learner requirements. This will include designing our digital toolkits and pathways on the LMS, SharePoint, and Enable Now
- Facilitate and support - Facilitate face to face and virtual learning experiences across each store deployment to engage our people; support learning delivery in SC and Stores in areas such as registration, enrolment, and rostering
- Support - provide cover for leave in the Communications team and where back up for large communications projects is required.
- Instructional Design Software knowledge preferred (Articulate, Captivate, Chameleon)
- Facilitation Skills (Technical or People Skills)
- Ability to design and develop digital resources
- Ability to facilitate learning to varied audiences
- Ability to build assessments and evaluation strategies.
