**Job Description**:
To assist the Director of Engineering to maintain the building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings & to protect the asset and ensure it remains a functional, pleasant and safe environment for all guests, visitors and other employees.
- Assist the Director of of Engineering / Director of Operations in the day to day maintenance requirements of the hotel.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly.
- Plan an excecute maintenance requirements and follow up as scheduled by the hotels property management system.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to lead a team to carry out the effective execution of project work.
