**Te Au Reka - Improving access to justice for all New Zealanders**
Te Au Reka represents the opportunity of a lifetime, making a profound difference to those who work in, and interact with, courts and tribunals. This new digital case management system will help modernise the administration of justice in Aotearoa New Zealand. It will replace highly manual, time-consuming, paper-based processes, transforming the way people access and experience justice in New Zealand.
Te Au Reka is a large, complex and unique programme, spanning courts and tribunals nationwide. In delivering Te Au Reka we're challenging traditional norms in search of more innovative ways of working. We explore, learn and adapt to overcome hurdles and take advantage of opportunities. We are a high functioning and collaborative team working in a fast-paced environment, motivated by the significance of this work and supporting each other to get it done. Te Au Reka is a game-changer and we care deeply about making it a success.
This is where you come in. We'll be implementing Te Au Reka over the next few years and are looking for people to be part of our team.
**Te Haeata /The Opportunity**
We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our Digital and Information team within Te Au Reka. We are looking for someone who is both skilled in designing and implementing digital solutions but also possesses a hands-on approach and adaptability to actively contribute to our new operating model. As we integrate and inherit digital capabilities from various areas of the business, there is a need for a proactive architect who can roll up their sleeves and work collaboratively with the team. You will work alongside talented and passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds and skillsets, who are committed to delivering innovative solutions for our people
In this dynamic environment, the Solution Architect will play a crucial role in shaping our evolving digital landscape. You will work closely with the business partners and stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning them with the broader technology strategy. Your expertise and technical leadership will be invaluable as we design, deliver and operate our digital corporate services.
Being able to dive into the details and contribute hands-on will be essential. You will not only provide architectural guidance but also actively participate in the implementation process, collaborating with developers and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. Your ability to adapt and learn quickly, coupled with your strong problem-solving skills, will enable you to address emerging challenges and contribute to the growth of our digital capabilities.
You will have the opportunity to shape a new function for the Ministry in a positive and supportive environment. If you thrive on outcomes and can drive conversations focussed on delivering business value and alignment with overarching organisational strategy, we want to hear from you
