As an Automotive tutor you will be comfortable working in a collaborative and progressive team. You will have current knowledge of the Automotive Industry. This is a full-time fixed term position (February 2025 - December 2025). The Automotive Tutor is based in our Centre for Trades at Wintec| Te Pūkenga reporting to the Team Manager and will be responsible for:
The appointing salary for this role will be between $74,400 and $97,700, dependent on skills and experience.
- Teaching face to face classes
- Developing teaching resources and assessments
- Assessing students’ work
- Working closely with colleagues who are teaching on the same programme
- Liaising with colleagues in industry to encourage students’ innovation and creative thinking
- Enhancing the professional quality and direction of the automotive industry.
**He kōrero mōu| About you**:
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- At least 5 years industry experience (preferred)
- Suitable qualifications and current industrial experience in the Automotive Engineering industry
